Team Building

Team Building With Horses Bring your business, or team out for a day of growth and learning. You will learn how to build a successful work team from one of the most successful teams on the planet, the horse herd. Horses live in a herd, much like our human social systems. They have distinct roles, way of communicating, holding boundaries and efficiently and effectively keeping the herd safe, fed, connected and content. Gain clarity about how you function personally and professionally as individuals and as a group. Specifically, develop insights into how you communicate, make decisions, lead, hold boundaries and show up authentically. This training is in conjunction with Calyn Acebes of Contact with Horses (www.contactwithhorses.com).

Organizational Culture

The benefit of knowing your organizational culture is to better understand its strengths and weaknesses. It can help you become more aware of how it functions and what can be done to do so more effectively. By using the OTCI, Organizational and Team Culture Indicatora, developed by Carol Pearson, Ph.D., Judy can help you understand the culture of your organization. Once the OTCI survey is completed a full report is compiled, presented, discussed and action steps are identified to help the organization perform more effectively. This assessment may take one or two weeks depending on the size of your organization. A follow up assessment may be done six to twelve months later to see whether your organization is staying on track.

Narrative

The best way to understand your organizational culture is to understand your organizational narrative. The benefit will be in understanding your organizational strengths and weaknesses. Using the OTCI survey tool Judy will be able to provide a full report about your organizational culture and narrative, which in turn will lead to identifying action steps to help the organization perform more effectively.
